THE BRAND - MARRYING HAIRCARE + FINE FRAGRANCE
Heralding a new era in prestige hair care, the Lazarus Douvos brand launched through marrying fine fragrance and hair care, to introduce a luxuriously perfumed hair care collection for a discerning clientele.
To launch his first collection ROSE 1845 Lazarus travelled to all corners of the globe to give rise to his dream. Through considered curation, he surrounded himself with gloriously talented artisans who came together to compliment his vision.
At first sight, this is reflected in the hand-blown glass vessel created by French glass specialist Verreries Brosse that stands distinctively strong and elegant.
Lazarus then enlisted various illustrators and photographers to create a brand story with whimsical, inspiring and captivating imagery that speaks of the finer things in life.
The pièce de résistance unfolded with the brand’s signature scent ROSE 1845, created by Master Perfumer Christophe Laudamiel. The fragrance was born with delicate notes gathered from hand-picked roses borne from the gardens of Grasse, melodically balanced with other ingredient delicacies.
As a world-renowned hair stylist Lazarus presented the missing link in the poetic unveiling, through carefully developing an exquisite hair care and body range, consisting of shampoo, conditioner, hair oil and body mist before making the grand entrance into the world of Eau de Parfum.
Based on the success of ROSE 1845, it was time to uncover further emotionally charged feelings, whereby the mood became more sensual and slightly mischievous with deeply romantic undertones.
It was here that Lazarus met with Master Perfumer Jean Claude Delville who created a fragrance line that paid homage to another facet of emotional and physical love. This was passionately revealed through the unisex Love Note Collection with memorable titles such as We Met in Roma, You Kissed Me in Paris, I Went Down on You in St. Tropez.
The journey is yours and as you discover the current collections be tantalized and seduced by the promise of more to come.
